Case Study: Business Case and Business Planning Training
In response to our members, we have developed a bespoke on-site with a number of sites to help support and train managers in business case development and business planning.
The agenda is flexible, depending on local need, but a number of things we have covered with sites are:
- Equip attendees to produce concise, comprehensive business cases
- Outline industry standard techniques for assessing costs and benefits
- Set out basics of risk management and mitigation
- Give attendees sufficient understanding of the commissioning landscape to communicate their business plans effectively to PCTs and PBC
- Set out an integrated model incorporating income generation, cost reduction and strategic advantage
